You will either be e-mailed one or two typical pages from the current edition of the publication you are interested in or a chapter from an older edition.

When you buy a publication online you can request a free hard copy version, subject to availability, which we will post to you (standard post) at no extra cost. To order a complimentary copy select "1" in the 'Hardcopies' dropdown box, any additional copies will be charged at the standard price. Customers are entitled to only one complimentary copy per order. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer for complimentary copies at any time and without prior notice.

If you select this option a copy of the invoice is posted to you before the order is confirmed and finalised. The procedure is as follows: once a proforma request has been received a mock invoice is sent out to you. If the invoice is correct you will need to send back a copy of the invoice with payment after which your goods will be sent to you.

Euro and US dollar prices are listed on each publication description page, however the transaction will be processed at the sterling value.

If you request a proforma or order via our London office, you can pay via BACS, by Mastercard, Visa, American Express or provide a cheque made payable to ZenithOptimedia Group Ltd.

We try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible however sometimes delays do occur due to the post or the fact that the book may be in the process of being printed.
